Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our California Location.
